Erected by Sarah LOCKIE in memory of John LOCKIE her husband who died at Grindon March 3rd 1869 aged 64 years.

Also Peter their son died at Lucker Moor November 3rd 1842 aged 6 months.

Also the above Sarah LOCKIE who died at Newcastle January 21st 1877 aged 68 years.
