(Probably previously in row 20) Erected by SAMUEL WEATHERHEAD Coldstream in memory of daughter ISABELLA died 9 January 1829 aged 9 months. Also MARY daughter died 21 January 1834 aged 7 years.

(Probably previously in row 20) In memory of MARIANNE wife of Revd. ALEXANDER RODGER died 5 Ocrober 1852 aged 28 years. Free Church Coldstream. 2 children died in infancy. Son WILLIAM died 26 December 1869 aged 6 months.

(Probably in the area of row 27) JOHN GLENDINNING Mariner died at Coldstream 12 December 1848 aged 60 years. Also AGNES PARK wife died 11 January 1862 aged 70 years. Also ANN daughter died ?? 1836 aged 16 years (stone broken)

However, a look at James Robson's book of 1896 'Churches and Churchyards of Berwickshire' gives a litter more detail viz:-

To Lavrance Bell in Nevcastell vho departed this lyfe the 9 of 1689 December..(presumably Lavrance lost a son)

Also ALEXANDER died 13 December 1828 aged 1 year. Also ROBERT died 3 April 1830 aged 5 months. Also ADAM died 26 May 1847 aged 25 years. Also grand daughter died in infancy. Also said WILLIAM LEGERWOOD died 13 March 1851 aged 72 years. Also wife ELLEN SCOTT died 15 February 1858 aged 71 years. Also JOHN son died 13 October 1858 aged 42 years. (On rear) ROBERT HALLIBURTON died at Coldstream 3 November 1887 aged 73 years. Also JANET LEDGERWOOD wife died at Coldstream 27 September 1895 aged 79 years. Also WILLIAM LEDGERWOOD died 7/?/19?? Aged 84 years?

Also GEORGE son died 13 August 1836 aged 2 years. Also ROBERT son died 29 May 1843 aged 12 years. Also ABIGAIL WHITELAW wife died 10 May 1852 aged 57 years. Also ROBERT LEDGERWOOD died 15 May 1850 aged 83 years. Also WILLIAM son died 28 January 1885 aged 66 years.

Also mother ELIZABETH COCKBURN died 25 July 1863 aged 82 years. Also their daughter MARGARET died 26 December 1876 aged 53 years. Also son JOHN died 1860 aged 49 years. (Cargill writes ‘End of Stones at Lennel).

(Probably previously near rows 6-7) Erected by JOHN REID Slater Coldstream in memory of JANET HUSH wife died 12 December 1831 aged 30 years? Also MARGARET daughter died 31 January 1848 aged 20 years. Also JAMES son died in Ireland 16 February 1849 aged 23 years.
