Private John Wilkie, Royal Scots transferred to the 5th Coy., Labour Corps. He died in France on Active Service on the 3rd June 1917. He was the brother of Isabella Peill of 4 Mitchell’s Close, Selkirk. He died from disease in the 12th Stationary Hospital, St. Pol and is buried in St Pol Communal Cemetery, Extension, France.
