Major Neil Beauchamp Selby, 1st Royal Dragoons, Royal Armoured Corps, att. Special Operations Executive. He was lost on an undercover Operation in occupied Yugoslavia on 1st October 1943, aged 28. He was the son of Alexander Prideaux Selby and Mary Thorpe Selby and is commemorated on the Athens Memorial, Athens, Greece. He was the brother of Oliver Selby and is not on the Kirknewton Memorial although there is a plaque to the brothers in Kirknewton Church.
