Private William Bunyan

Private William Miles Bunyan, 2nd Battalion, Kings Own Scottish Borderers. He died on Service in Germany, aged 24, on the 28th November 1918 and is buried in Berlin South Wester, Cemetery, Berlin. He had been born in Melrose and was the son of George and Mary Bunyan of Hunters Square, Galashiels. As a Reservist he joined his Battalion in France in September 1914 but was made Prisoner of War on October 1914. He died at Klein Wittenberg, Saxony, Germany.
