Private Sidney Elliot, 9th Battalion, Royal Northumberland Fusiliers. He died at Home on 4th April 1940 aged 19 and is buried in Wooler ( St. Mary ) Churchyard. He was the son of Mr and Mrs George Elliot of Wooler.
