Sergeant/Flight Engineer James Inglis.

Sergeant/Flight Engineer James Robertson Inglis, Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve. He was killed in action on an Air Operation, aged 23, on the 1th April 1943. He had been born in Lilliesleaf, Roxburgshire and is buried in Rheinberg War Cemetery, Germany. He was a Member of 75 ( New Zealand Squadron which at that time flew the Short Stirling heavy bomber from R.A.F. Newmarket, Suffolk. His aircraft was lost on a raid to Frankfurt.
