Gunner Herbert Dew, 73rd Anti Aircraft Section, Royal Garrison Artillery. He died in Bulgaria on 11th October 1918, aged 37. He was the son of Obadiah and Sarah Dew of Westbury, Wiltshire and the husband of Agnes Dew of 64 Vincent Road, Worcester. He is buried in Kirechkoi- Hortakoi Military Cemetery, Greece. This cemetery was used during the Salonica campaign and in particular for those servicemen who died in the Spanish Flu epidemic of 1918-1919. His Headstone is inscribed ” He Lives In The Memory Of Aggie And Bertie Until The Day Break “.
