Sergeant William Davidson M.M., 10th ( Service ) Battalion, Highland Light Infantry ( City of Glasgow Regiment ). He was killed in action in Belgium on 19th September 1944, aged 25. He was the son of Davie and Janet Davidson of Tweedmouth and is buried in Geel War Cemetery, Belgium. His Headstone is inscribed ” Ever Remembered By His Loving Mother, Father, Sisters and Brothers At Home “.
