Private Harry Poole, 1st Battalion, Kings Own Scottish Borderers. He died at Gallipoli on 18th December 1915, aged 22, and is buried in Twelve Tree Copse Cemetery, Gallipoli, Turkey.He was a native of Berwick and before enlisting at the Depot in the Town he had been employed as a pork butcher. His brother Thomas also fell ( see above ).
