Sapper David Findlay

Sapper David Jaffrey Findlay, 68th Field Coy., Royal Engineers. He was killed at Gallipoli on 11th August 1915, aged 41 and is commemorated on the Helles Memorial, Gallipoli, Turkey. He was the son of William and Penelope Findlay of Irvine, Ayrshire and the husband of Margaret Findlay of 1 East Street, Berwick. The photographs of British and Anzac troops were taken during the campaign.
