Engineman Adam Bruce

Engineman Adam Hubert Murray Bruce, Royal Naval Patrol Service. He died at sea aboard H.M. Trawler “Fortuna”, of 259 tons, on 5th April 1941, aged 41. He was the son of Ralph and Frances Bruce, the husband of Annie Elizabeth Davidson of Fort William and is buried in Berwick upon Tweed. He had served aboard H.M. Trawler “Fortuna” which was sunk by enemy aircraft off St Abbs Head, Berwickshire. All the crew of 15 were lost.
