Erected in memory of THOMAS YOUNG Coldstream who died 23 May 1861 aged 62 years.

Also ANN HOW wife of the above who died 29 December 1874 aged 67 years.

Also WILLIAM their son who died 24 November 1847 aged 3 months.

Also JOHN son of the above who died of typhoid fever on his passage to America on the 29 May 1875 aged 29 years

Commentary

Thomas Young was born at Nenthorn, Berwick, his occupation an Inn Keeper and he lived at 1 Market Street Coldstream. His wife Ann was born in England. Son John was born in Kelso, his occupation a Grocer Apprentice.
