Erected by their family in loving memory of Robert CHARTERS who died at Horton 10th April 1895 aged 46 years.

And Grace his wife who died at Thompson's Walls 20th March  1888 aged 39 Years.

Also James. son of the above. dear husband of Isabella and beloved father of Grace. born at Colmslie Hill. Feb 20th 1878. died at Newcastle on Tyne. May 24th 1942 . 

Also the above Isabella  who  died Dec. 6th 1960 aged 82 years
