In Affectionate Remembrance of GEORGE SHORT of Hedgeley Cottages who died at Bolton Mill January 13^th 1889, in his 81^st year. Also of his children; RICHARD, died at Morpeth May 6^th 1888 aged 34 years, GEORGE died at Hedgeley Cottages September 28^th 1843 aged 2 years & 7 months, MARY died at Hedgeley Cottages June 28^th 1847 aged 10 years, MARY died at Hedgeley Cottages May 9^th 1855 aged 8 years. MARY wife of the above GEORGE SHORT died at Bolton Mill January 13^th 1891 aged 77 years. Also of JOHN CLARK son of ROBERT & ELIZABETH SHORT and grandson of the above who died at Hedgeley Cottages July 8^th 1893, aged 11 months.
