Erected by ISABELLA FACKENDER, In Affectionate Remembrance of her beloved husband THOMAS FACKENDER, who died at West Heaton on the 7 Sep. 1883 aged 64 years.  Also SARAH, daughter of the above who died at Newcastle on the 7 Dec. 1879 aged 38 years.  Also ALICE, daughter of the above who died at Weast Heaton, 9th Jan. 1888 aged 30 years.  Also the above ISABELLA FACKENDER who died at Philadelphia, 15th May 1894 aged 81 years.
