In Loving Memory of THOMAS MIDDLEMISS, beloved husband of SARAH MIDDLEMISS, who died at 2 Station Cottages, Mindrum, 26th Feb. 1937 aged 83 years.  Also the above SARAH MIDDLEMISS, who died 16th May 1945 aged 80 years.  Also THOMAS, their son, died at Downham, 14th Novr. 1905 aged 8 months.  Also DAVID, their son, who died 4th Jan. 1963 aged 70 years.

His father was James and Mothe was Jane Hunt

Thomas Middlemiss was born in 1855 in Carham, Northumberland, the son of Jane and James. He had one son with Sarah Piercy in 1885.

When Sarah Piercy was born in 1864 in Cornhill on-Tweed, Northumberland, her father, John, was 30, and her mother, Elizabeth, was 30. She had one son with Thomas Middlemiss in 1885. She died in 1945 at the age of 81
