Transcription

ERECTED in memory of CATHERINE daughter of WILLIAM and MARY PRINGLE of Egglingham who died Jan^y 3^rd 1833 aged 3 years. Also JANE their daughter who died March 23^rd 1834 aged 2 months. ELIZABETH, sister to the above WILLIAM PRINGLE, died Jan^ry. 26^th 1838. aged 28 years. MARY wife of WIILLIAM PRINGLE, & mother of the above children died Aug^st 10^th 1871, aged 74 years. Also WILLIAM, son of the above WILLIAM & MARY PRINGLE, who died Oct^r 1^st 1877, aged 37 years WILLIAM PRINGLE, husband of MARY and father of the above children died May 16^th 1880, aged 76 years.
