Only 1/2 of this stone is readable, the rest has fallen off. There is an inscription on the rear but we can't read it.

In Memory of MARGARE.........(probably wife of) JOHN who died       day of February     .Also her              Jany. 21st 18  .                        
Also JOHN GIBSON grandson who     1839 aged 2 . Also of MARGARET daughter who died at (probably Donaldson's) Lodge, Sept. 22nd 1866 aged
Also of MARY GIBSON who died at Donaldson’s Lodge, 29th April aged 78 years.

In Memory of ALEXANDER ROBISON, Tailor at Donaldson’s Lodge, who died 5th Jan. 1812 aged 50 years.

Erected by MARGARET WRIGHT, In Memory of JOHN WRIGHT, her husband, who died at Marldown, 4th Sept. 1876 aged 71 years.  Also GEORGE WRIGHT, their son who died at Harperidge, 21st June 1842 aged 5 years.  Also ANDREW WRIGHT, their son who died at Cookstead, 21st March 1858 aged 18 years.  Also MARGARET, wife of the above who died Feb. 28th 1896 aged 83 years.

Sacred to the Memory of WILLIAM WRIGHT, Shepherd who died at Riffington (B)? 11 March 1839 aged 63 years.  Also MARGARET, his wife who died at Norham, 20th (?) 1849 aged 67 years.

In memory of THOMAS TAIT who died 27th March 1854 aged 7 years. ELENOUR TAIT died 4th June 1878 aged 64 years.
