Also of JOSEPH PATTERSON their son 9th Scottish Rifles who died of wounds 15th April 1917 aged 29 years Buried at Aubignhy France. Also JOHN PATTERSON eldest son of the above who died 9th July 1928 aged 50 years. Also CATHERINE elder Daughter of the above who died 12th Nov 1940 aged 64 years

In Memory of WILLIAM TINDLE who died at Pallinburn Cottages 3rd May 1874 aged 34 years. Also GEORGE TINDLE his son who died 2nd February 1868 aged 6 months. And is interred in Cornhill Churchyard. Also  GEORGE his son who died at Allerdean Greenses 18th April 1880 aged 8 years. Also MARGARET TINDLE his wife who died 18th Feb 1896 aged 56 years. (On the back of the headstone) In memory of ANDREW BOLTON who died at Mardon February 8th 1878 aged 65 years.

Erected in memory of WILMA TURNBULL who died Blue Bell 6th October 1877 aged 56 years.JAMES son of the above who died at Gateshead 21st September 1861 aged 8 1/2 months. WILLIAM who died at Gateshead 7th November 1870 aged 6 months. Also MARGARET wife of the above who died Blue Bell 22nd March 1893 aged 65 years. ELIZABETH ANN daughter of the above who died at Heatherslaw 18th May 1893 aged 36 years.

(Headstone positioned in front of the Lowrie one. We need to check the inscription as it doesn’t seem to read right. The problem is that Margaret has been a wife but there doesn’t appear to be a husband).

In affectionate remembrance of JAMES DAVIDSON the beloved Husband of ANN DAVIDSON. who died at Pallinsburn EastField April 7th 1889 aged 39 Years. I know that my redeemer liveth. Also the above  ANN DAVIDSON his wife who died at Sunnyside Milne Graden Jan 22nd 1903 aged 48 years.
