Private John Anderson, 1st Battalion, Royal Dublin Fusiliers. He died of wounds in France, aged 32, in the 9th General Hospital on 13th April 1918 during the German Spring Offensives in France and is buried in St Sever Cemetery Extension, Rouen, France. He had been born in Polwarth, Berwickshire and was the son of John and Agnes Anderson of Slegden, Greenlaw. He had enlisted in Dublin.
