Seaman James O’Brien

Seaman James O’Brien, Royal Navy Reserve. He died on Service at Home on 10th June 1918, aged 36. He was the son of John and Anne O’Brien of Dumfries and the husband of Rose Ann O’Brien of 12 Chapel Street, Berwick. He had served aboard the Armed Merchant Cruiser H.M.S. “Macedonia” and is buried in Berwick-upon-Tweed Cemetery.
