In memory of ANDREW SLIGH surgeon in Coldstream who died 24 January 1864 aged 70 years. Also MARGARET GRIEVE his step daughter who died at Coldstream 8 December 1868 aged 60 years.

Commentary

Andrew Sligh was born in England and lived at 26 High Street, West End. His occupation was a Surgeon Medical Studies in Edinburgh.  Margaret Grieve is described in her occupation as Proprietor of Houses.
