Erected by MARGARET TAIT in memory of her husband GEORGE TAIT who died at Hay Farm March 10  1877 aged 62 years.
Also 3 of their children died in infancy.
Also the above MARGARET TAIT his widow who died at Goswick  March 4 1902 aged 84 years.
