Erected by MARGARET JOHNSTON In memory of her husband ALEXANDER HISLOP who died 3th November 1872 aged 62 years.

Also the above ALEXANDER his son who died at Broomdykes 29th March 1871 aged 17 years.

Also of the above MARGARET JOHNSTON who died at Ashfield Duns 3rd April1905 aged 80 years.
