Private Alexander Amos

Private Alexander Amos, 9th ( Service ) Battalion, Cameronians ( Scottish Rifles). He died in France on 14th April 1917 of wounds suffered during the Battle of Arras. He was the son of Mrs E. Amos of Nether Tofts, Hawick and is buried in Aubigny Communal Cemetery Extension, Aubigny, Pas de Calais, France. The photographs show scenes during the Battle.
