Trooper Alistair MacDonald, ( possibly ) Lothian and Border Horse. There is one listed in the casualty list of the Lothian and Border Horse but not spelt MacDonald) He died at Home and is buried in Glasgow Craigton) Cemetery. He had been born in Oban to Isabella and the late Alex MacDonald of 195 Paisley Road Glasgow. His Headstone is inscribed ” Have Won Their Immortality And They Can Die No More”.
