Private Andrew Davidson

Private Andrew Murray Davidson, 3rd ( Reserve ) Battalion, Kings Own Scottish Borderers attd. 514th Agricultural company, Labour Corps. He was the son of the late Isaac and Martha Davidson of Old Castleton and was employed as a ploughman before enlisting. He had contracted pleurisy whilst serving and was discharged from the Army. He died in September 1919 and his burial place is unknown.
