Private Walter Douglas, 17th Veterinary Hospital, Royal Army Veterinary Corps. He died on Service, aged 35, on the 25th January 1919 in the 50th General Hospital at Salonica. He was the son of Mary and the late Andrew of Kirk Yetholm and is buried in Mikra Cemetery, Kalamaria, Greece. (His brother William also fell, see – below ).
