Private James Hall, 6th ( Service ) Battalion, Kings Own Scottish Borderers. He died in Germany on 27th February 1919 after the Armistice. The Battalion was part of the Occupying Force. He was the son of Robert and Rebecca Hall of Joy Graden, Kelso and is buried in Cologne Southern Cemetery. His Headstone is inscribed ” God Be With You Till We Meet Again”.
