Private Peter Henry

Private Peter Henry, Scots Guards. He died at Home, aged 26, on the 21st July 1919 from double pneumonia. He had been born in Galashiels and was the son of Peter and the late Margaret Henry of High Street, Galashiels and the husband of Helen Henry of 199 Magdala Crescent, Galashiels. He had been a master baker like his father and had been reported as wounded in action in August 1917.
