Private Thomas Bolton

Private Thomas Bolton, 7th/8th ( Service ) Battalion, Kings Own Scottish Borderers. He was killed in action in France on 23rd July 1918 and is buried in Buzancy Military Cemetery, Buzancy, France. He had resided in Ayton, Berwickshire and had enlisted in Berwick. In the attack between Rozieres and Buzancy the Battalion suffered 4 Officers and 95 Other Ranks killed with 7 Officers and 214 Other Ranks wounded.
