Second Hand Daniel Stott, Royal Naval Reserve. He served aboard H.M.S. “Victory” and H.M.Drifter ” Sunbeam ” and died in Haslar Naval Hospital of pneumonia on 11th September 1918, aged 22. He was the son of James Stott, fisherman of Mason’s Wynd, Eyemouth. He was a keen member of St Ebba’s Masonic Lodge and was buried with full masonic honours in Eyemouth Kirkyard.
