Corporal George Manners Lamb, 5th Battalion, Duke of Cornwall’s Light Infantry. He was killed in action in Germany on 28th March 1945, aged 19, and is buried in the Reichswald Forest Cemetery, Germany. His Father was a Freeman of Berwick.
