Private David Haswell Dickinson, 2nd Battalion, Kings Own Yorkshire Light Infantry. He died from wounds in Belgium on 17th March 1918, aged 18. He had been born in Berwick and was the son of James and Isabella Dickinson of 35 Pont Street, Ashington and is buried in Dozinghem Military Cemetery, nr. Poperinghe, Flanders, Belgium where his Headstone is inscribed ” Gone But Not Forgotten”.
