Private A. Oliver, ( possibly ) 1st Battalion, Norfolk Regiment. He was killed in action in France on 2nd September 1918 during the ” Advance to Victory ” and is buried in Red Cross Corner Cemetery, Beugny, nr. Bapaume, Somme, France. The photos show the Allied troops pressing after the retreating German Army during the last 100 days of the War.
