Erected by George Porter in memory of his beloved wife Elizabeth Purvis who died at llorham October 4th 1896 aged 27 years.

Also the above George Porter who died at Farnieflats October 29th 1926 aged 64 years.

Also their son George Porter who died at Duns February 26th 1984 aged 89 years.
