In loving memory of Alice L.Coull died at Longridge Gardens 6th January 1912 aged 6 years 9 months.

Also of our dear son Alexander Coull, fell in action in France 9th April 1917 aged 23 years.

Interred in Bailleul Road Military Cemetery, France  .

Military record

Private Alexander S. Coull, 16th Battalion, Royal Scots. He was killed in action on 9th April 1917 in the Battalions very successful attack on the German Blue Line  on the first day of the Battle of Arras. He was the son of Robert and Annie Coull of Redford Lodge, Colinton, Edinburgh and was a native of Berwick-Upon-Tweed. He is buried in Bailleul Road East Cemetery, St. Laurent-Blangy, Arras, France
