Sacred to the memory of THOMAS WEATHERSTON for 40 years schoolmaster at Birgham who died at Coldstream 6th February 1919 aged 87 years. Also JANET STEVENSON his wife who died 15th August 1927 aged 77 years.

Thomas Weatherston was born in England, he was a Teacher of Public School formerly a Farm Steward. He lived at 1 Rossville. His wifeJanet was born at Beith, Ayrshire.
