Erected by ROBERT STUART in memory of his wife MARY EASTON who died at Coldstream Bridge 14th august 1888 aged 42 years. Also JEANIE EASTON his daughter who died 24th October 1894 aged 23 years. Also the above ROBERT STUART who died 1st October 1908 aged 85 years.

Commentary

Robert Stuart was born in Eccles, he was a Dairyman and lived in 16 Duns Road in 1881.
