Erected in memory of CHRISTINA RAEBURN who died 21 December 1862 aged 62 years. Also MARY RAEBURN who died 1 September 1880 aged 82 years.

Commentary

Christina and Mary Raeburn were born in Earlston.  In 1861, they were living at 25 Duke Street with Jessie their 21 year old niece.  Christina’s occupation was a Farm Worker.
