Erected by WILLIAM & ANN TREWICK in memory of their beloved daughter ALICE ANN who died at Fenton Mill September 2nd 1870 aged 4 years.
The above named WILLIAM TREWICK died at Fenton Mill 22nd April 1886 aged 68 years.
Also the above named ANN TREWICK who died at Plessey Checks 11th April 1892 aged 70 years.
