Erected by JOHN & ELIZABETH SCOTT in memory of their son JOHN who died at Ford Mills 5th July 1871 aged 9 years.
Also ANDREW HOWEY SCOTT grandson of the above who died at Ford Mills 28th January 1880 aged 10 years.
Also the above JOHN SCOTT who died at Ford Forge 17th December 1901 aged 73 years.
Also ELIZABETH SCOTT who died at Ford Westfield 8th April 1909 aged 80 years.
