Erected by WILLIAM HERMISTON in memory of MARK his son who died at Lochton 8th December 1835 aged 5years.

AGNES RICHARDSON his wife who died at Bettyfield 11th November 1844 aged 46 years.

JOHN RICHARDSON son who died at Glasgow 11th October  1854 aged 20 years.

Also MARGARET SERVICE his wife who died 1st April 1883 aged 80 years.

And the above WILLIAM HERMISTON who died 18th February 1891 aged 93 years.
