Tablestone - In memory of the Rev. ADAM MURRAY who for a period of 22 years discharged the pastoral duties of Minister of this Parish with much dignity and affection. He died 12th January 1797 in the 71st year of his age and 41st year of his ministry.

Here lies the body interred. The righteous shall be in everlasting remembrance PS 1126.

And his spouse CHRISTIAN BELL who died at Birgham Cottage 29th June 1818 aged 90 years.
