In affectionate remembrance of ALEXANDER BROWN Surgeon Coldstream who died 25th February 1879 in his 49th year. Also his wife ISABELLA COMPTON who died 28th March 1888 aged 74 years.

Commentary

Alexander was born in Kinross and lived at 8 High street west end North side

Isabella his wife was born in Coldstream.

They had two step children Isabella and frederick.
