Erected  in memory  of ISABELLA YOUNG daughter  of J. YOUNG  who died at Howburn March the 14th 1881 aged 24 years. Also of CATHERINE JANE daughter  of J. YOUNG  and wife of WM WILSON  who died at Mindrum  Dec. the 12th 1883 aged 24 years. Also CATHERINE JANE  WILSON  daughter  of WM WILSON  who died at Sunnilaws June the 3rd 1884  aged 5 months. Frail flowers for the earth's winds to chill, thou fades there to bloom in Heaven
