Coldstream Football Club history

The Society is working in partnership with Coldstream Football Club to document the club’s history. The expected completion date of this book is likely to be spring  2014. Work has started in conjunction with club stalwart and vice-president John Scott, centring first on the glorious years of the late 1960s. The next stop will be the mid 1920s when the club had a few years at the top of the Scottish Amateur Cup scene.

August 2014 Update – sadly the above book has not been started due to officials being heavily involved in the last year in ensuring the club’s continuing full membership of the Scottish FA and pursuit of an Entry level licence.

Established in 1895, the Club has enjoyed an illustrious 100+ years. The first team play in the semi-professional East of Scotland Premier Division. The ‘Streamers’ also compete in the preliminary rounds of the Scottish Cup every season, which brings both intrigue and excitement to our small Borders town.
