In affectionate remembrance of MARTHA daughter of ANDREW and JANE BAIRD East Learmouth who died at Coldstream Sept 13 1850 aged 4 months. Also WILLIAM their son who died at East Learmouth 12 May 1880 aged 20 years. Also the above ANDREW BAIRD who died at East Learmouth 2 July 1886 aged 63 years. Also MARGARET ANN his daughter who died at Norham 21 December 1888 aged 37 years. Also WILLIAM JAMES KIRKUP his grand son who died 29 April 1889 aged 17 weeks. Also JANE MARSHALL wife of the above who died 2 January 1902 aged 78 years. They rest from their labours.

Also JANE ERSKINE his wife who died 23 November 1870 aged 72 years. Also of JOHN his son who died 1 June 1872 aged 39 years. Also ALEX ANDERSON his son-in-law who died at the Hirsel 2 July 1852 aged 44 years. Also the above JOHN DALGLEISH who died 28 December 1887 aged 89 years. Also ELIZABETH his daughter who died 5 December 1906 aged 76 years. Also ISABELLA his daughter who died 6 Nov 1909 aged 83 years. Also MARGARET his daughter widow of ALEXANDER ANDERSON who died 8 February 1910 aged 81 years.

(Large Obelisk with front inscription on white tablet, east side) 1881. In memory of RICHARD HENDERSON of the Academy Coldstream who died 17 April 1862 aged 62 years. (Next piece of text unreadable) And of ELIZABETH YOUNG his wife who died 3 May 1862 aged 68 years. Affectionate remembrance of their consentious, amiable and kindly character of long their Christian worth of the passed away and the sincerest of all that knew them. (On north side) Here are also interred their children – THOMAS who died 1 May 1834 aged 5 years. Also RICHARD who died 23 October 1838 aged 10 months. JANE MARGARET who died at Edinburgh 7 August 1894 aged 52 years. ELIZABETH ROBERTSON who died at Edinburgh on 7 February 1895 aged 68 years. JESSIE TELFER who died at Yetholm 7 October 1901 aged 71 years. (On south side) MARGARET YOUNG sister of ELIZABETH YOUNG who died at Coldstream 25 April 1881 aged 85 years. ADAM YOUNG (son of RICHARD HENDERSON) who died at Edinburgh 22 March 1903 aged 69 years. (On the east side base) Be thou faithful unto death and will allow the crown of life). He was appointed to Parochial School but in ???? gave up his wordly all for conscience sake joined the Free Church of Scotland. Afterwards he conducted a private academy with great usefulness and success.

Also JAMES his son who died 21 April 1811 aged 2 years. Also ISABELLA his daughter who died 12 July 1829 aged 19 years. Also MARGARET his daughter wife of JOHN GUTHRIE who died 14 Feb 1837 aged 29 years. Also RALPH his son who died in London 29 May 1870 aged 52 years. Also ANN his daughter who died at Todhillrig 23rd of Sept 1872 aged 61 years. Also JOHN his son who died at Todhillrig 1 March 1880 aged 64 years. Also AGNES his daughter who died at Birgham 18 Dec 1888 aged 67 years.

(Headstone leaning forward). Erected 1822 by JAMES HOGG Mason in Coldstream who died at Newcastle upon Tyne 24 March 1845 aged 81 years. Also his wife ISABEL FAIRBAIRN who died Jan 8 1851 aged 75 years. In memory of of his daughter ISABEL who died 7 Febr 1811 aged 4 years. (Other text is buried underground).

Erected by MATHEW GRAY Shipperd Crooks in memory of ELLEN BROWN his wife who died 20 April 1863 aged 73 years. Also the above MATHEW GRAY who died 19 Sept 1877 aged 91 years. Also HELEN GRAY his daughter who died 21 November 1878 aged 61 years. Also ALICE his grand daughter who died 21 May 1880 aged 15 years. Also MATHEW his great grandson who died 11 August 1880 aged 5 years. Also ELIZABETH GRAY who died 21st October 1903.

And of JANET THOMSON his wife who died at Sucklaw Ridge January 28th 1849 aged 88 years. Also ISABELLA their daughter who died at Kelso 19 March 1865 aged 68 years. Also ROBERT their son late Tennant at Sucklaw Ridge who died at Kelso 4 April 1865 aged 66 years.

Also his spouse JEAN FAIRBAIRN who died October 4 1762 aged 84 years. Likewise the children of their son ARCHIBALD DICKSON and ANN MILLS his spouse viz JEAN died June 10 1759 aged 1 year. ARCHIBALD died July 12 1764 aged 10 months. AGNES died March 1 1769  aged 3 years. JOHN died January 15 1770 aged 24 years. To s--  November 14th 1789 aged 42 years. Of ARCHIBALD DICKSON and in Bartlehill who died 601 April 1707 aged 81 years. Also ANN MILLS spouse to ARCHIBALD DICKSON tenant in Bartlehill who died 29 September 1790 aged 74 years. Also JEAN DICKSON who died March 1813 aged 6? Years. Also JAMES EWAN died at Coldstream 6 April 1950 aged 45 years.
