Also JOHN ROBSON their son in law who died 30 April 1852 aged 48 years. Also ROBERT T ROBSON who died 26 November 1868 aged 28 years.

Erected by JOHN S MACDOUGALL in memory of his son THOMAS who died 21 December 1861 aged 13 years. Also of his wife MARY H LOCKIE who died 26 August 1878 aged 62 years. Also the above named JOHN S MACDOUGALL who died 22 March 1887 aged 81 years. Also of JOHN SINCLAIR MACDOUGALL son of the above who died 16 April 1918 aged 63 years.

In memory of JANET THOMSON wife of GEORGE THOMSON late farmer of Mindrim who died in London 6th day of March 1862 aged 76 years. AGNES daughter of the above who died at Crooks 26th day of December 1817 aged 3 months. ALEXANDER their son who died at Bowmont Hill 28th day of  August 1841 aged 23 years. ELIZABETH their daughter wife of JAMES JOHNSTON who died in Jamaica on 7th day January 1854 aged 43 years. JAMES their eldest son who died at Mindrim 27th day of August 1863 aged 51 years.

Also of AGNES their 2nd daughter relict of JOHN MCDOUGAL late of Craigielaw who died in London on 28 May 1865 aged 46 years. GEORGE THOMSON who died at Mindrim 26 January 1867 aged 85 years. Also of ADAM the 2nd son of the above who died at Dryfe Dam House near Lockerbie on 29 July 1874 aged 60 years.

Here lies the body of RICHARD DOUGLAS who died on the 9 May 1810 aged 4 (?) years. Also ELIZABETH his wife who died 3 February 1821 aged – years.

(On south external gable wall, largely flaked away. This headstone and the previous foutr are in the same enclosure. THOMAS DOUGLAS Coldstream died 6 February 1846 aged 60 years. Also ALISON THOMSON wife died 27 August 1859 aged 71 years. Also children ? died 21 October 1820, ? died 20 May 1825, GAVIN aged 21 years. Also RICHARD died 28 March 1855 (Agent of the British Linen Company Bank as per Death Register). McCORKINDALE 1857 aged 84 years. (per Death Register ESTHER McCORKINDALE widow died 26 December 1857 aged 34 years daughter of THOMAS DOUGLAS Bank Agent and ALICE THOMSON ? October 1845).
